My goal is to help my clients touch their inner balance, and give them the tools to stay in balance. I have the training of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone Massage, CranioSacral, SomatoEmotional Release, Reiki and Crystal Healings.
Life seems to happen so quickly, filled with work, lists of things to accomplish, stress and little time to play, relax or care for ourselves. We often find ourselves out of balance and disconnected from our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

I have been practicing massage since 2000 and energy work from 1997 CST. I believe that massage is a collaborative effort between the client and myself. I feel that touch is very important and have seen some profound healing accomplished with touch. Our needs change day to day so I aspire to truly listen to the clients. I create a customized treatment using a combination of modalities to address the individual needs of the client each session.
I have offices in Northampton and Framingham by appointment. I will also do the occasional home visit in the surrounding area.
